On behalf of long established landlord clients, we were instructed to negotiate best terms for a rent review of a 14,000 sq ft warehouse with large yard in West Thurrock, Essex. The tenant was Pullman, a subsidiary of National logistics operator, Wincanton Group. Following detailed and complex negotiations, terms were eventually agreed for a sizeable rent increase on behalf of our client.
