ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATES (EPC)
By law, an EPC is needed whenever a property is built, sold or rented. The current regulations (2023) state that a property must have a minimum of an E rating to be let. This is set to change in the coming years as the UK aims for net zero by 2050 making the regulations tighter as we look for a higher standard across the industry.
